Internal communications for law partners

A medium-sized law firm partnership recently approached us to assist them in improving their internal communications at board level.  We interviewed each of the partners and conducted personality type indicator analysis.

Each of the partners agreed we had correctly identified their motivators and preferred ways of working and they each found it a very interesting exercise, from a personal point of view.  More importantly, this helped them in how they relate to each other, as well as how they allocate tasks.
