National PR campaign for class action

We were approached by a leading Barrister’s Chambers to promote a major litigation and class action case. In conjunction with the solicitors acting for the claimants, we established a microsite for the group action.  This formed the focal point for the PR and an area where claimants could ask questions and register to be part of the litigation.

We promoted this through both traditional and digital national and trade press, as well as social media.  Using local case studies which we selected, developed and promoted through relevant regional press, we conducted a nationwide campaign which attracted over 500 claimants and £5 million of litigation funding.

National Coverage included The Daily Telegraph, FT Weekend Money, The Independent, The Times, The Guardian, The Daily Mirror, The Financial Times, The Observer, The Mail on Sunday, City AM and The Sunday Telegraph.

National/local television included Channel 4 News, Sky News, BBC South West Inside Out, ITV Meridian South East, ITV West, and BBC Look North.

Legal Coverage included The Law Society Gazette, The Lawyer, The Legal Executive Journal and The Times Lawyer of the Week.

Industry/Sector press included: Property Week, Banking Times, Finance Markets, IFA Online, Financial Adviser, FT Adviser, Money Saving Expert, Mortgage Solutions, Dow Jones Equities Wire, This is Money, Lending Strategy and Mortgage Finance Gazette.
