Our client is a law firm with several offices in different regions providing a variety of legal and professional services.

As a result of our new business audit work with them, we were able to contribute strategic advice about restructuring some of those services to create profit centres that were capable of growing more quickly, and capable of building the overall group in a more even manner with each outlet delivering an enhanced performance.
