In Dispute: Crime and Privacy – Maltin PR and CMS podcast

The risks of losing and having to pay the hefty costs of litigation are well known. But litigation can have vastly greater consequences for the reputations of the individuals and organisations involved in the dispute.

Maltin PR and CMS have produced a podcast that examines the issue of privacy in the criminal justice system. It focuses on the privacy rights and protections of suspects, victims, and witnesses through the investigation and pre-charge period, the trial itself and the period following conviction.

The conversation is led by Senior Partner at Maltin PR and former BBC Legal Affairs correspondent Clive Coleman, who is joined by CMS Partners Tamsin Blow, Dan Tench and Catherine Taylor.
