International Public Relations

Global PR

For every organisation, thanks to the effects of technology that knows no borders, the true impact of their digital footprint is global. The same applies to prominent individuals. So even if a PR campaign is conceived and targeted with a national or regional focus, effective public relations always requires an international strategy and outlook. For example, a story about the Middle Eastern owner of a Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe winner, trained in Newmarket, is just as likely to be read in New Delhi as New York.

Understanding the interconnectedness of the world’s media and how different themes play out at a local, national and regional level is integral to what we do. The PR advice that we give to clients, and the strategies that we undertake on their behalf, always therefore consider the global dimension. Because we understand the need for a co-ordinated global response to benefit our clients, we regularly achieve coverage for them in Europe, the US and Asia, which can help their campaigns deliver at a global level.

European PR

We were a founder member of EuroPR, the leading international professional services PR agency in Europe.  Specialising in professional services PR, we provide expert cross-border and in-country PR and marketing advice throughout Europe and beyond. Our strategic PR and marketing services include: media relations, marketing communications, corporate strategy, business development, reputation and crisis management.

Our sister agencies in Europe are based in Paris, Milan and Düsseldorf. Each agency is specialised in advising law firms, consultancy and accountancy firms and the advisory and financial professions. EuroPR not only caters for the needs of organisations doing business in Europe, but also internationally. Accordingly, we undertake PR for individuals and organisations based in the United States, Middle East, Southeast Asia, as well as China, Russia and India.

All the founding partners of each agency have built their careers as senior communication or marketing executives in some of the largest law and advisory firms.  We provide our national and international clients with the best possible expertise, whilst retaining the flexibility and tailor-made client service of local boutiques.

Maltin PR has been our partner in raising the visibility of the Right Livelihood Award, widely known as the ‘Alternative Nobel Prize’, since 2016. We were impressed by the creative direction suggested for the award’s new visual identity, particularly the logo that is both modern and true to the award’s origins. We were equally pleased with the execution of the new look & feel in print and online, including redeveloping the award’s website. Last but not least, we worked together on getting the award better known in the English-speaking world, achieving a significant increase in the media coverage. The Maltin PR team is always ready to go an extra mile to ensure the success of our project and to make the most of our modest PR budget. But what we appreciate most is a sense of a truly shared vision—one of getting our laureates’ inspiring stories out.
