Oliver is a highly regarded investigations and crisis management advisor with a distinguished career supporting prominent individuals and organisations across the globe. Originally from London, Oli served in the police force in Australia.

Following a distinguished policing career in Queensland, including deployments to some of the most remote and complex communities in the outback, Oli was appointed as one of two professional standards leads for the Australian Government’s offshore border protection initiative, Operation Sovereign Borders.

In this national security role Oli worked in close coordination with the Australian Border Force and the Department of Home Affairs, regularly briefing staff of Minister Peter Dutton on matters of integrity, operational conduct, and intelligence risk.

Oli moved to private sector investigations in 2016, advising clients on sensitive investigations, risk mitigation, reputation management, and crisis response.

His reputation for discretion and getting results quickly elevated him to handle matters of international significance.

In 2017, Oli led a complex, multi-jurisdictional investigation into a multimillion-dollar blackmail scheme involving a global financier. That same year, he was instrumental in securing the release of a high-net-worth Australian citizen on death row in Singapore—a landmark case that earned him the prestigious title of UK Investigator of the Year in 2018.

Oli is also the Founder and Group CEO of Periculum Security Group, an investigations and advisory firm supporting private clients, family offices and corporates globally.
